Livetype

Livetype is a software especially designed for apple mac's, which helps directors edit clips of film. After placing the different clips, which consist of match cuts shot from different angles and heights either a long or shot piece of film will be created.
Sound Editing

Sound editing helps directors create a soundtrack to accompany the piece of film that was created in livetype. There are various amounts of music to choose from including:
- voices
- beats
- violins etc.
This also helps the piece of film to become more interesting, as certain genre's need music to help it become obvious to others what the chosen genre of the film is. For example a thriller sterotypically has a fast beat, which symbolises a heart beat, but also a high pitched violin will acompany this beat.
